Our conference aspires to be low-threshold and give opportunities to all people with different social, health and political backgrounds and vulnerabilities. We subscribe to the idea of safe space and equal opportunities and we will try to do all we can to ensure that those of you who wish to actively participate in the conference can do so, despite the barriers that arise from your health and social limitations, or the fact that there are other types of risks. We will address these situations individually. If you feel that these circumstances apply to you, please write them on the application form. We will contact you and try to discuss the possibilities of your participation on an individual basis. We consider this information to be confidential, it will not be shared with anyone other than the minimal organizational team and will be deleted from all data storage after specific arrangements have been agreed.
